When your stations have arrived, contact us and we will book an onboarding with you.

The stations will be shipped after your first invoice has been paid. Within the EU shipping time is estimated to 2-7 days, outside usually 7-14 days.

We use payment service providers such as Stripe for the transactions. If you own your own business, your revenue will go directly to your account.

If you don’t have a company, you will receive the money from Brick Technology instead of the PSP.

This can differ depending on PSP we use and market. As an example, Stripe in Germany has a fee of 1.4% + €0.25. Read more here

You will receive the login details to the Dashboard once your stations have been delivered to you!

Necessary market and sales material will be available for you in Canva, which you will receive an invite to through your e-mail.

When you have ordered a minimum of 50 stations, you will receive an official brickapp e-mail. If you want it before 50 stations, your can order it for a price of €20/month.

Social media accounts and other public channels are run by exclusive market partners or HQ only.
